Why Adopt a Red Panda?
Red pandas may be small, but they play a big role in their ecosystems. Native to China, Nepal, and Bhutan, these fluffy-tailed mammals spend most of their time in trees, munching on bamboo and snoozing in the branches.
Sadly, red pandas are currently listed as Endangered on the IUCN Red List due to habitat loss, deforestation, and poaching. Their population in the wild is thought to be fewer than 10,000 and declining.
