Paignton Zoo, as part of South West Environmental Parks Ltd, reserves the right to amend, extend or full terminate this competition at any time without incurring liability. We will not be responsible, unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition.
2. About the competition & general terms
This Bay’s Brewery competition has been created to highlight their limited edition Funky Monkey Beer, which has helped raise funds for Paignton Zoo.
The prize includes:
One case of Funky Monkey beer
Two tickets to our Father’s Day event
One winner who has correctly answered the competition question will be randomly selected from all the competition entries after the closing date on Thursday 13th June 2024 at 11.59pm. Further contact to arrange the details of this prize will be carried out via phone / email. The competition is owned by South West Environmental Parks Ltd.
The winner must be available on 16th June in order to attend the Brew at the Zoo event.
It is the responsibility of each individual entrant to ensure that they have read and obeyed the competition rules. Any entry found not to comply with the competition rules will be not be considered. By entering this competition, each individual entrant agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions outlined here, as well as South West Environmental Park’s general entry terms.
3. How to enter
To enter, entrants must correctly answer the competition question on the competition page within Paignton Zoo’s website. You may only submit one entry to be considered during the full duration of the competition. Multiple entries from one person will not be considered and will count as one entry.
Employees and volunteers of Paignton Zoo, Newquay Zoo, Wild Planet Trust and Bay’s Brewery may not enter this competition. This competition is for UK residents only and entrants must be over the age of 18. No third party or automated entries are permitted.
4. Selection and notification of the winner
A winner who has correctly answered the competition question will be randomly selected and notified on Friday 14th June 2024.
The decision of the Promoter is final and no discussion will be entered into. By entering you acknowledge and agree that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner. By entering you also agree that your name may also be published on the official Paignton Zoo Facebook account to announce that you are the winner.
No alternative prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
5. Data protection
By entering this competition, each individual entrant agrees that, if they win, the Promoter may use their name to announce as the winner of this a competition. Your details are provided to the Promoter only and not to Facebook or other social media platforms. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other platforms in any way.
By entering the competition, individual entrants agree that any personal information provided by you with your competition entry may be held and used by South West Environmental Parks for marketing communications purposes and for the purpose of administering the competition and the prize. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
