The Great Big Brick Safari event is at the zoo every day from when we can safely re-open on 3rd December, until 3rd January 2021.

To celebrate the festive season, there will also be a brick-themed 'Christmas scene' at the zoo during December for guests to enjoy!

From a giant gorilla, a jumbo size elephant and a majestic lion, to marvellous macaws, beautiful butterflies and a cool crocodile, dozens of stunning LEGO® brick animals will form The Great Big Brick Safari Trail for visitors to follow around the zoo. You can download a version of the up-to-date event map right here.

Some of the smaller brick models are located in our Animal Encounters theatre. There is a one-way route through this exhibit and guests will need to wear a face mask to enter (if they are able to).

With more than 2,000 animals, from red pandas to rhinos and cheetahs to crocodiles, stunning botanical gardens and outdoor play areas, we have all of the building blocks you need for a fantastic family adventure this Autumn.

We have many Covid-19 safety measures in place to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable visit. For full information on this, please click here.

The Great Big Brick Safari is included in the zoo's entry price, making it a great value day out for all this year.
Or by becoming an Annual Pass holder with us, you can come and see the event as many times as you wish!

All guests and Annual Pass holders will need to pre-book online the date of their visit and an arrival time in advance.
Due to current safety regulations, we will not be able to permit entry to anyone who has not pre-booked their tickets and/or time slot.

Please be aware that guests will not be allowed to touch or climb on any of the brick models.
