Over 80 wild animal creations made from thousands of LEGO® bricks will be in residence at the zoo from 5th August 2020 to 3rd January 2021, forming a trail that guests can follow with the help of our Great Big Brick Safari map. You can download a version of the up-to-date event map right here.

Search our zoo grounds and exhibits to spot all of the models, coming face to face with a life-sized lion, gorilla, hyenas, kangaroos, macaws and much more! Some of the small brick models can be found in our Animal Encounters infoor theatre.

Due to regulations regarding social distancing, the planned Interactive Zone at the zoo will not be able to go ahead. Some of the smaller brick models are located in our Animal Encounters theatre. There is a one-way route through this exhibit and guests will need to wear a face mask to enter from 8th August 2020.

With more than 2,000 animals, from red pandas to rhinos and cheetahs to crocodiles, stunning botanical gardens and outdoor play areas, we have all of the building blocks you need for a fantastic family adventure. We have many Covid-19 safety measures in place to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable visit. For full information on this, please click here.

The Great Big Brick Safari is included in the zoo's entry price, making it a great value day out for all this year.
Or by becoming an Annual Pass holder with us, you can come and see the event as many times as you wish!

All guests and Annual Pass holders will need to pre-book online the date of their visit and an arrival time in advance.
Due to current safety regulations, we will not be able to permit entry to anyone who has not pre-booked their tickets and/or time slot.

Please be aware that guests will not be allowed to touch or climb on any of the brick models.
