Update on bird flu: Monday, 5 September

Since receiving positive test results for avian influenza in two of our birds, we have been cooperating with the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) and the Department of Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (Defra) to implement the necessary biosecurity and quarantine measures.

These measures are currently being finalised, however we are unlikely to be open to visitors before the weekend. We will provide further updates via our website and social media if this changes.

Those who have booked to visit over the next few days will be refunded automatically and we are working to contact everyone as soon as possible.
