Sneak Peek: GloWild’s ‘Food Village’
Excitement is brewing as Paignton Zoo gears up for our upcoming GloWild winter lights event.
To bring a variety of delectable treats to our visitors, we are teaming up with four local street food vendors to infuse a touch of culinary magic into the festivities.
Here’s a mouthwatering glimpse of what you can expect:
Daddy D’s Kitchen
Indulge in the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with offerings like rice and pea, curry, dumplings, plantains, and hot sauce. Daddy D’s Kitchen promises to transport your taste buds to a tropical paradise.
Please note: Daddy D’s will not be open on 19th December.
The Big Greek Feed
Experience the tantalizing taste of Greece with a menu that includes Greek salad, kebabs, falafel, and more. If you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, The Big Greek Feed has something delicious in store for you.
Lemon Jelli
For those with a sweet tooth, Lemon Jelli is here to satisfy your cravings. Indulge in crepes, smoothies and milkshakes that are sure to warm your heart and brighten your night.
Please note: Lemon Jelli will not be open on 27th December.
Yum Yumz
If you’re looking for a delightful dessert experience, Yum Yumz is your destination. Hot brownies, cookies and homemade cakes await you, making your visit to the GloWild event even sweeter.
Please note: Yum Yumz will not be open on 25th & 26th November, or 19th December.
And that’s not all!
Paignton Zoo’s very own catering service will be spreading festive cheer with festive baps, bratwurst, mince pies, mulled cider, hot drinks and a host of other delightful festive treats.
It’s the perfect way to keep warm as you explore our enchanting winter lights display!
Please note: There may be some additional days that not all of these catering outlets will be on-site.
