20th Anniversary biaza research conference
We are excited to be back in South Devon, the birthplace of the BIAZA Research Conference, for a special celebration of zoo research. As an anniversary conference, the programme will include a series of talks from invited speakers, which will celebrate the past and the future of zoo research. We are also inviting contributions from current zoo researchers in the form of: oral presentations, ‘speed data’ presentations and posters.
The conference will be hosted by Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts and South Devon College and will start with a ‘Pimms and Penguins’ icebreaker at Living Coasts on the evening of 9th July plus a workshop for early career scientists ‘Working your Networks’. The main conference will take place on 10th-11th July, with presentations at South Devon College plus tours, posters and a 20th Anniversary dinner at Paignton Zoo.
For details of the timings and locations, please see the timetable. The full conference timetable is now available to view here.
