By sponsoring a sloth you will be making a contribution to their care and wildlife conservation work across the world.
Our sponsorship packs make a super gift for animal lovers of any age. Prices start from as little as £35 per year, with three different packs to choose from.
We are home to a Linne’s two-toed sloth called Moana, or ‘Mo’ for short. Mo arrived in July 2023 from Edinburgh Zoo. Did you know that despite being know for being s l o w and for their lengthy sleeping patterns, sloths are actually really great swimmers enabling them to cross rivers and creeks.
Although two-toed sloths are not listed as endangered, their numbers are declining mainly due to loss of their rainforest habitat.
How do I sponsor a sloth?
First choose the sponsorship package that you wish to purchase online from the options below and then go on make your animal selection.
Sponsorships apply to the species rather than individual animals. This is because some of our animals may move to other zoos as part of breeding programmes. If your sponsored species moves, we will advise you and you will be given the opportunity to transfer your sponsorship to another species.
