Our sponsorship packs make a super gift for animal lovers of any age. Prices start from as little as £35 per year, with three different packs to choose from.
Fea’s tree frogs are arboreal, meaning they spend most of their time in trees. This frog may not be able to actually fly, but they have strong webbing between their toes to slow their fall from trees to a glide – a trick also known as ‘parachuting’.
This species is threatened by habitat loss and collection for food in the wild. A few UK zoos house this frog to try and research more about their behaviour and breeding habits. Paignton Zoo successfully bred Fea’s tree frogs for the first time in early 2019.
How do I sponsor a tree frog?
Please note that the standard animal sponsorship pack is the only option currently available for the tree frog. We do have more sponsorship packages available for other animals.
Sponsorships apply to the species rather than individual animals. This is because some of our animals may move to other zoos as part of breeding programmes. If your sponsored species moves, we will advise you and you will be given the opportunity to transfer your sponsorship to another species.
