Conference and Meeting Rooms

Whether you need a venue for a work party, a more formal awards ceremony or a casual barbeque, our Island Restaurant is the perfect venue. With the ability to cater for large numbers and offering stunning views of our Gibbon Island, your guests will have an unforgettable time in this unique location.

The Whitley Room, adjoining the restaurant, is ideal for seminars, meetings and conferences for up to 100 people. The Primley Room, Green Room or themed Savannah Room can be hired for smaller boardroom style meetings or interviews, ideal for breakaway groups.

The Ark Lecture Theatre or Animal Encounters building in the heart of the Zoo, can seat up to 70 and 160 people respectively if you are looking to host a seminar, presentation or lecture.

Event management and client liaison

Our dedicated Functions Manager will take all of the stress out of planning your event, helping to organise everything you need from start to finish.

Whether you want a buffet or sit down meal, our talented team of chefs will create a delicious menu, typically using fresh, locally sourced produce. As a dedicated environmental park we endeavour to use palm oil free foods and fair-trade products where possible.
