Two adults will be admitted free of charge with parties of 10 or more children. Additional adults pay the group rate on arrival.

Served in either Jungle Fun indoor playarea or the Island Restaurant.

What time can I have my party?
You can book your party any time between 12.00 noon and 3.30 p.m. in Jungle Fun or between 2.30 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. in the Island Restaurant (12.00 noon and 3.00 p.m. during winter months in both Jungle Fun and Island Restaurant).
How do I book?
Booking is easy! Please complete the booking form and return with full payment at least one week prior to your party. On receipt of your form, confirmation of your booking and tickets for the children will be sent.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.
Bookings must be made at least one week prior to the party.
Numbers can only be increased with at least 3 days notice (subject to availability). No details can be altered after this time.
Minimum of 5 children per party.
Train subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that the Zoo cannot meet your requirement, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
