Hullabaloo, our under 5s room, is equipped for lots of fun and craft activities for playgroups, nurseries and family groups.
To support the Early Years Curriculum, we offer pre-school teaching in Hullabaloo. Activity sessions last approximately 45 minutes and include an informal chat, stories, pictures and art activities to take home. There are excellent group discount rates with one adult free with two paying children.
Hullabaloo is open to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. The room may also be booked by pre-school groups for their own use.

- Water World: What is on the Zoo lake and who is in the pond?
- Spring Cleaning: Animal baby talk, build a nest and maybe meet a chick.
- Birds and Bugs: Let's talk creepy crawlies and make a bird cake.
- Down in the Jungle: Enter the world of tigers, snakes and crocodiles.
- Let's go on Safari: Discover the land of elephants, lions and giraffes.
- Rainbow Trail: A guided animal trail to seek out coloured post boxes.
- Hide and Seek: Colour, pattern and camouflage.
- Autumn Leaves: Changing colours, nocturnal animals and hibernation.
- Christmas Sparkle: Enjoy making reindeer, robins and wreaths.

In Autumn and Spring terms we can come and visit you!
A visit lasting one and half hours may include art and craft, games, stories, puppets and singing.
